Terms of Service Description of Services: You are purchasing a coaching program conducted by Internet consultant Barbara Keddy. Group coaching: Group coaching will be provided via telephone conference calls. Unless otherwise stated on the home page of www.IncomeArchitect.com, you will receive 8 one-hour coaching calls, held at the dates and times indicated on the home page of the website or by email. The cost of the long distance calls for the telephone conferences are at your expense. Private coaching: In addition to the group coaching calls, you will also receive 3 scheduled 30-minute private coaching calls delivered via on the telephone with Barbara Keddy. It is your obligation to call Barbara at 703-759-7529 at your appointed day and time for your 30 minute private coaching session. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must notify Barbara Keddy by email or phone call at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in your forfeiting your 30-minute private coaching session. You may reschedule one private coaching call with Barbara during the coaching program. All private coaching sessions must be completed by the conclusion of the 8-week coaching program, unless otherwise arranged. Copy review certificate: You will receive a copywriting coupon for a copy review by Barbara. To redeem your copywriting coupon, you must follow the instructions on the coupon. Preferred vendors: You will receive a list of Barbara’s preferred vendors. Barbara makes no representation as to the quality of the services you will receive from these vendors. You should evaluate these vendors independently and use at your own risk. Barbara may receive referral or affiliate fees from some vendors on her preferred vendor list. Password protected webpage: You will have access to a private password protected webpage where you can access all recorded coaching calls (in MP3 format), written handouts in PDF format, a copy review certificate, and a preferred vendor list. You will have access to this webpage for the duration of the coaching program. You will be notified in advance when the password protected webpage is no longer available. Refund Policy: You may request a full refund of fees paid after the FIRST telephone coaching call. Your refund request must be made in writing and emailed to Barbara. You must make your request within 48 hours after Session 1. Your money will be refunded within seven business days. There will be NO refunds after Session 1, for whatever reason. Installment Plan Payments: You are obligated to make all installment payments for the coaching program, even if the coaching program has concluded. You will NOT receive your transcripts (if ordered) or preferred vendor list, or be eligible to redeem your copywriting coupon, until your final installment payment has been received. Recording of Group Calls/Release of Rights: The group coaching calls will be recorded. You grant full permission to Barbara Keddy to use the recordings for future trainings and/or information products, which she may sell or give away at her sole discretion. You relinquish all rights to current and future financial considerations associated with the coaching program. Each individual's success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation. As with any business endeavor, there is no certain guarantee that you will make any money.
